Licence policy
Every data source must meet these criteria before inclusion:
- Commercial repackaging allowed — the licence permits redistribution through a commercial API
- Attribution requirements documented — any required attribution is included in provenance metadata
- Update cadence known — the refresh frequency is documented and monitored
- Access method stable — the source has a documented, versioned access mechanism
Sources that fail any criterion are excluded or flagged as reference_only (metadata visible, raw data redacted).
